This policy describes how AutoPrintFarm LLC (“we”, “us”) handles data when you use the AutoPrintFarm web application at app.autoprintfarm.com and the AutoPrintFarm Chrome extension (“the extension”). It covers the extension specifically; our full company privacy policy is at autoprintfarm.com/privacy.
The extension reads your own Etsy sold-orders page and sends the orders it
finds to your AutoPrintFarm account so you can fulfill them. It does not
collect data from any other site and it does not run anywhere except
etsy.com (your sold-orders page) and
app.autoprintfarm.com (to pair with your account).
When you click “Sync” or when you visit your Etsy sold-orders page while the extension is linked, the extension reads the following from the page you’re viewing:
This data is sent directly from your browser to the AutoPrintFarm API at
api.autoprintfarm.com over HTTPS and stored in your
AutoPrintFarm workspace. The extension stores a scoped API token for your
account in Chrome’s local extension storage so it can authenticate
subsequent syncs. No browsing history, cookies, form data, passwords, or
data from any other site is collected.
Order data remains in your AutoPrintFarm workspace until you delete it or
close your account. You can remove the extension at any time from
chrome://extensions; this clears the locally-stored token and
stops future syncs. Disconnecting the extension from the AutoPrintFarm
Orders page additionally revokes the API token on the server. To delete
previously-synced order data or close your account entirely, email
support@autoprintfarm.com.
All traffic between your browser, the extension, and the AutoPrintFarm
backend is encrypted with HTTPS. API tokens are stored only in your
browser’s extension storage and as an irreversible hash on our
servers; the raw token is never exposed to page scripts on
etsy.com or to any third party.
